Shipping

Your item(s) will be shipped within two weeks after receiving a certified cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard authorization. Please email order with:

1) product specifics
2) mailing address to be shipped to including postal or zip code
3) telephone number and availability (for credit card orders – Hip will call you for the card number).

Confirmation will be sent by email prior to shipping along with Hip's mailing address for cheques and money orders.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in original condition for exchange or store credit only. No cash refunds. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and payable by customer for exchanges and returns. Returns must be well-packed and insured for full price of item(s) with an explanation for return prior to shipping. Please email for shipping address.
